Growing Our Investment
In Numbers
- ~1,150 Opened up 55 new sites, 55% of which are Company-owned (CO) sites. This is the highest number of Company-owned site openings in the last decade
- Increase in low carbon installations for 145 Shell stations now equipped with solar panel fixtures, LED lights and in-store inverters, utilising green walls, rainwater recycling systems, ecobricks, and Bitumen FreshAir.
- 2 Million subscriber milestone of Shell GO+
- Broke ground on 3rd biggest import terminal located in Southern Mindanao
- First fast and high-powered DC charger located in Shell Mamplasan
- Growing NFR offers: 217 Shell Select, 93 Deli2Gos, 223 Select Express and 479 Shell Helix Oil Service Centers nationwide.
Uplifting the Nation
Disaster Risk Response from typhoons, fire incidents, and flooding:
- 1,500 pieces of seven-litre mineral water provided to families affected by Abra Earthquake
- 500 relief food packs composed of canned goods, rice, water and hygiene kits provided to typhoon relief operations in Quezon and Cavite
- 639 families received relief food pack and hygiene kits in support to Looc, Mandaue fire incident
- 1,500 families received relief food packs (900) and hygiene kits (600) in support to Misamis Occidental and Misamis Oriental flooding
Putting People First
- 97% Shell People Survey Response Rate (up from 96% in 2021)
- 9.40 M Serious Injuries, Fatalities (SIF) Free Man Hours (up from 8.03 M in 2021)
- Extension of parental leave granted to non-birthing parents to 120 days
- 3,337 individuals received inoculation for COVID-19, while 2,728 individuals received shots for the seasonal flu
