Objectives

In line with the Company’s commitment to conduct business in an open and transparent manner, Pilipinas Shell’s Investor Relations Program aims to provide timely and relevant information to the Company’s shareholders and the broader investor community.  Directly reporting to the Vice President – Finance and Treasurer, the Investor Relations Group aims to articulate the Company’s investment propositions, strategic objectives and financial and operational results.

The Investor Relations Group is also responsible in conveying the sentiments and feedback from analysts and investors to the Company’s Board of Directors and senior management.

The Program is founded on the Company’s core values – honesty, integrity and respect for people.
